Mr. Leonid Bard
Mr. Leonid Bard - senior executive with 30 years of experience in general management in the US, strategic, results-driven leader with proven ability to create new programs, spearhead change, and conceptualize and execute innovative, sustainable initiatives.
He is a compassionate manager with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, dedicated to ethnic communities in the US and Europe that encourages collaboration and optimizes team performance. Leonid has many years’ experience of leadership roles in nonprofits.
Mr. Leonid Bard founded and managed (CEO) International non-for-profit 501 (c)(3) charity organization Assembly of the World Diasporas, that unites leaders of Diasporas and ethnic groups in the US and abroad. Activities of organization are effectively designed to ensure a reliable system of public influence and expert control over making important human rights, immigration and other decisions by international organizations (UN, OSCE, Council of Europe and European Parliament, etc.), the governments and parliaments of States. Constant contacts between the Diasporas leaders are important for establishing mutually beneficial cooperation and tolerance at the national (domestic) and international levels. He organized several International Conferences and Round tables in New York, Washington, DC, Chicago, Berlin, Jerusalem, Kiev, Strasbourg, and others.
Mr. Leonid Bard organized the consolidation of humanitarian goods, in particular, general hospital and medical equipment, devices and related products for medical facilities in Ukraine, which were delivered to the Ukrainian in 14 40-foot container in 2016, and 2022 -2024.
As a founder and Vice-president of Ukrainian Diasporas Sport Association Leonid organized several sport events and competitions in Chicago, Miami, and New-York.
